Andrea C. Rodriguez is the Principal of Bridgepoint Advisory Group, a business consulting and real estate advisory firm serving owners and operators in Montgomery, AL and surrounding areas. She works with small businesses, real estate investors, property managers, developers, and nonprofits to build the financial and operational systems that make growth possible. Her work covers fiscal operations, accounting and reporting systems, entity structuring, rental portfolio operations, development strategy, and private lending structures.

Andrea brings an operator's perspective to every engagement. As Co-Founder of Stellar Management Services, she oversees operations across property management and construction and remodeling businesses in Montgomery and Prattville, leading financial strategy, reporting, and compliance, and implementing the systems that give investors clear visibility into performance. As a Partner in Capital City Development Group, she oversees business systems, vendor management, and internal controls across property management, construction, and development.

Before moving into real estate, Andrea spent nearly a decade leading finance and operations for mission-driven organizations in New York City. As Director of Finance and Administration at Lineage Project, she built multi-year operating budgets, managed compliance for government and foundation funding, oversaw HR and payroll, and wrote the organization's fiscal policy and procedures manual. As Operations Manager at Clinical Directors Network, she managed multi-year operating budgets exceeding $10M and helped secure $5M in federal research funding.

Andrea is known for collaborative leadership and for turning complex projects into clear processes and accountable teams. Her approach is grounded in integrity, transparency, efficiency, and execution. She is a graduate of Barnard College of Columbia University.
